Mr. Stone's experience in the
pipeline business dates back to 1963 in the areas of metering, gas
control, pipeline field operations management, land and easements
management and contract administration. Prior becoming an independent
land and contracts consultant, Mr. Stone held positions with PPG,
Valero, Clajon and Aquila. Pioneer benefits greatly from the depth
of and breadth of his working knowledge of all facets of the business,
which is key to the seamless operation of Pioneer's office systems.
