Mr. Sims has oversight responsibility for all aspects of pipeline operations and maintenance, planning, designing and constructing new facilities, and scouting for new sources of gas supply. He is an energetic leader who inspires his subordinates to adopt his work ethics. He is also extremely competent with mechanical issues, troubleshooting and directing employees and third party contractors how to solve problems. Always eager to comply with management requests and responds in a timely fashion with relevant answers or tasks completed. Mr. Sims has worked in the natural gas industry since 1973 and has performed tasks relating to pipeline construction, operation, and maintenance. He also has experience as a gas compressor mechanic, and a treating plant supervisor. He currently has 4 full time employees and 4 part time employees reporting to him, who average 28 years of natural gas pipeline experience per man. |
